    It certainly appears that way.

They're obviously very confident that they've got the right bloke but
I can't see why they've splashed it all over various forums rather
than just snatching him on the quiet and cutting his bollocks off.

I think the original poster may find himself in serious trouble with
the law if anything happens to the kid now he's had his picture posted
    all over the place.

Keeping quiet and just getting on with it would have been a lot more
sensible but that requires bigger balls than posting photos and
waiting for someone else to do your dirty work for you.

Obvious isn't it? They're a bunch of fuckwits proven by their
appalling use of English and smilies.

I'd have thought it was all down to attrition. Bollock cutting can only
    happen once.

By advertising it all over the bike forums it spreads the list of
suspects, rather than just the KTM owners being in the frame.

    I'm going with my explanation.

Nothing's going to happen; anyone who was affected and serious
wouldn't have bothered with the childish gestures, anyone reading it
(but not affected) isn't going to be motivated to do anything.

That's a point.. all it takes is one angry nutter. The chap who posted
the photos must have thought of this?

Without having bothered to click the link, is it a certain oriental

Some say he survives on a diet of liquidised pie and mash and that he
once tried to shag Queen Victoria, others think he taught T.E. Lawrence
how to ride a motorbike, but all we really know is that they call
    him... Auvache.

It's been said she can snap a man in half with a twitch of her thighs
and that one look could either melt or freeze a man to his core, others
say she's the most unsuccessful kitchen knife juggler of all time, but
all we really know is that she is...The Snowleopard
