    can't see it actually working.
    well, you count yourself as a member of a country[1] that doesn't
    exist - why wouldn't you be worried?

    [1] every time I'm in the north-west of spain and see vehicles with a
    numberplate with "CAT" instead of "ES" on it, I laugh like a drain,
    you deluded cretins.

    Nice try, but I think you can get one or two order of magnitude better
    attacks in the Spanish political NG's. Or at least a few years ago,
    when I decided to DGAF :)

  5. What? They have embassies abroad and effink! I'm not sure what the average
    Catalan taxpayer thinks of that. The slightly righ-of-centre newspapers that
    I read, brand the local government up there as totally crackpot.

    No, as Darsy noted you have to do a

    grant drop database to motorist;

    connected as sysdba, or you'll get some mucho weirdo ORA-xxxxx error.

    You pathetic wanker.

    ISTR that there was a genuine SunOS password security bug
    about fifteen years ago that worked in a similar manner.
