    Hi,
Someone stole my right hand side oggy knob whilst parked in the Bourke
    Street Mall, Melbourne today.
This is some $120 or so to replace, as they're only sold in pairs.

The most disappointing thing is that it must have been another bike rider
    taking it...

Kudos to Action MC in Flemington Road for lending me an engine bolt to ride
home - their service department rocks, I'm glad I bought my bike there. They
also adjusted my suspension settings for free (firmed it up a bit, stock
settings a bit soft) prior to doing superbikeschool level 1 again last
Easter Monday. Gixxer [600 k4] felt great and made me look really good on
    the track. :)

Guess I'll be getting a motion sensitive alarm put on soon. Anyone got
experience with this unit? http://www.scorpioalarms.com/sr-i500.aspx Looks
pretty good, and a fair bit less expensive than local options. The pager bit
    is a must for me.

    Cheers,
    Jørgen

Dont spend $120 on a set. I happen to have a spare oggy knob for sale
that matches your remaining one... ;)

    ok, sorry, poor humour.

seriously there are some pr1cks out there. i cant believe someone would
steal on oggy off a bike.

Some fugginkarn tried to steal one of my bar weights. Yes, only one. It
was mostly unscrewed when I got to the bike, only a few threads left -
why they didnt finish the job I don't know...

Some bastard once stole my left side mirror off the spada.

Didn't disconnect it properly either, ripped it off leaving the stem
    there.

Don't know if it was just because they couldn't get it off properly,
they gave up and ripped it off.

$20 to replace, but still damn annoying.

Or they spotted someone approaching with a helmet ? Thought it looked like
the owner or maybe the owner , then pissed off .

Roughly what area , so I can not park there .
