  1. So, you don¹t think they'll be sold to other states?

No, most probably not. The most populated states to the north already have
LAMS and Qride. The only directions they could go are west or south... not
easily accessible (because of water and/or distance) and hardly areas of high
demand. The total populations of all the remaining states and territories
with 250cc rules combined are 1 million people short of Victoria's own
    population.

  3. Does Qld have a price that is cheaper for 250s like NSW? I still don¹t see
how it will kill off the Greys.

In Vic the rego/3.party insurance( combined in the anual rego) is the same
from either 110 or 125cc to 599cc at the moment.
I paid the same for Goodie's XT250 as for the XT600.
Lams would kill off the grey-250s but might bring in some grey 400/500s.
Lams would certainly widen the market and get rid of those (typical) L-plate
import specialists which are scouring other 250 markets like Nippon for
    their 250's.
Anything past 250 seems to be very expensive to own in the Asian markets, is
therefore not as popular/ prolific, ergo the grey-import supplies will be
thinned out naturally as AUS is asking for bigger stuff.

    cheers

Qld rego is just "solo" or "dual" seat.
I think even 50cc "mopeds" have the same rego as Eyeabusers if they've got
    the same seating capacity.

  6. That¹s rooted that argument then. How about, I'd like to buy some cheese.
