Is there anywhere that I could find a compiled list of up to date
superbike track records? I play the game Tourist Trophy and I wanted
to take a crack at some of the top times. I managed to Google out a
couple (Bayliss at Valencia and Hayden at Laguna for example), but I'm
having trouble finding others, namely the fastest time set at the oval
    at Motegi.

    Thanks,

    Mike

Who awarded you your doctorate in Applied Obvious?

  3. I ain't one for lap records but spending the preceeding few days of a GP
thrapping 'round the circuit in first-person view adds massively to the
    experience.

On race day I like to do laps right up until the grid-walk. Great fun.

It's a simulator, which means the difficulty of equalling, say, a
1'33.786 (Bayliss) at Valencia is in lesser but direct proportion to
its real-world counterpart. You'd know this firsthand if you were
accustomed to the science of race simulator hotlapping. Add to the
fact that you nor I exist in the upper echelons of upper echelon real
world motorcycle racers, so the vicarious experience of blazing world
record runs around virtual tracks is our next best bet.

    Clear?
