But, but it's on the internet so it must be true.

The story you linked to made reference to a previous O'Leary classic,
making people carry their own luggage through departures and drop it off
    next to the plain.

What do you think it is, April the 1st?

They can compare the taste with the water from majorca.

My typos are getting almost as bad as yours.

I'm well aware of the irony involved when I take the piss out of other
    peoples' spelling.

I think that's a brilliant idea. No more lost or destroyed luggage & no
more waiting for hours at t'other end while they fix the conveyor.

I was late for a flight from Juno to Seattle once, & they told me to
carry my case on & leave it in the doorway for the crew to stash. When
the plane landed my case was put back in the doorway, so I could grab
it & walk straight out the airport. Easily the quickest, most
hassle-free escape from a plane I've ever had.

  11. Where did that saying originate? Truth is, the rain in Spain falls mainly
in the mountains and hardly at all on the plain.

Sheesh. Now you're going to complain that the fox that jumped over the
dog was neither quick nor brown, and that the dog wasn't lazy, aren't
    you?

I saw a lorry the other day that was neither red nor yellow.

And as for that bitch on the sea shore, forget any idea of souvenir
    shopping.

thinking about that for a moment, why would you actually buy sea
shells from someone when you were actually at the sea shore? I mean,
wouldn't it be more cost effective just to, like, pick them off the
    ground?

Depends how effective she's been at harvesting stock.

Also depends what kind of shells you're after. The odds of finding a
half-smashed cockle shell or razor clam are high but a perfectly formed
    conch shell less so.

You might as well wonder what Peter Piper wanted with two gallons of
    pickled pepper.

Sure, and how did that Peter Piper manage to pre-pickle his peppers
    before he picked them, eh?

I think we sdhould be told.

Oh there are *many* more reasons than that.
