$290 does seem a lot of dough for cosmetic improvements only. From the web
photo's it looks like you'd want a good rear hugger as well to keep wet
weather spray down to some extent!?

I may have to re-visit the DIY hacksaw option.

 

....and another $290 you will pay for a hugger.
