    I've already downloaded the service manual and will commit it to paper
    only if she [1] spends money on actually buying one.
    Heh.

    Comment from her grandfather when he heard the suggestion that she
    might buy a 650: "In all the years I had bikes, I never owned anything
    bigger than a 350."

    Therein lies a history lesson for another day. And another person.

    Could do, it would add another 20 or so minutes to the ride, which is hardly
    a bad thing.

    Maybe emphaise that while it's a 650, it's a friendly 650 - <70BHP - rather
    than 100+ like the sports 600's. :)

    Bike has a comparitive review this month on the new shape one and it's
    rivals if you're interested
