Swapsies?

I had been planning to use my old ZX-6R as my winter hack, but now that I've
started to think about it I quite fancy a change.

So, I'm looking for somebody out there who has some SOB they'd be willing to
    swap for the ZX.

My requirements are that it must be running and MOT'd, but beyond that I'll
    consider anything.

The item up for swapsies in a 2000 ZX-6R J1 with 40,000 miles on the clock.
It's been down the road more than once, which is why it's wearing an
aftermarket white nose-cone and a knackered side panel off of eBay that some
twat has partially painted in the wrong colour. A lot of the bodywork is
held on with cable ties, but it's all there, it runs, it was MOT'd in March
and nothing bad has happened to it since.

The brakes aren't working terribly well and something at the front end is
wrong (Eddie's spare callipers fit on it, but the originals off this bike
don't fit on Eddie's) and it could do with a new chain and sprocket, but
    other than that it's useable.

It could be used as the basis for a track bike or as a winter hack or, if
you could be bothered, it could be broken for tank, motor, wheels, 1 good
side panel, seats, tail fairing, etc.

So - any offers? Anything considered. Something interesting preferred.

The original calipers off his bike... actually, the left, to be
precise... is twisted at the bracket, so it rubs on the brake disk when
    fitted to mine.

I haven't bothered looking, but I can only guess that his bike's left
fork lower has a similar "issue". In fact, ISTR that his last set of
worn brake pads were worn in a style that would indicate that kind of
    problem.

It's perfectly rideable. Even in a straight line, sometimes.

I /think/ the current plan is to do the minimum to it so it can be
ridden through winter, then make it a trackday bike.
