Ooh, I didn't take the light to the do, because it wouldn't fit in the
panniers. I have now arranged for Adie to collect it from Richard A's
when she is next in these parts for a footie match.)

It will be returned, 'onest guvner.

That'll do for the Nick who was at BOSM... But I was replying to a
*different* Nick (I think - different e-mail address....). Which is why it
    is getting confusing.

Problem I've got at the moment is how much knee bend will I get back.
If I buy a bike now assuming the physios will get 'x' degrees of bend
so I can ride it I'll look a bit bladdy stupid if they can't.

Saying that I've always loved these bikes, amonst a few others. Miles?
Owners? Reason? Age? MOT? TAX? FSH?
You just made that up didn't you? Unless you're spread over
    Cleethorpes, Huddersfield *and* Halifax?

Can I be a grumpy git and say PLEASE SORT YOUR LEG OUT BEFORE BUYING ANOTHER
    BIKE.

    Thanks.

Given as he said he'd delurk and come to an *OSM, it'd hardly be the guy
    who was there.

It'll give you something to aim at.
15k miles. Frame replaced by the factory at 12k and bike rebuilt under
warranty. The early ones were recalled for this. Taxed and tested, FSH.
The bike is in Cleckheaton 1 mile off the M62.

After nutting over a concrete lamppost in a SMIDSY, my mate Mark spent his
convalescence rebuiding his Guzzi LeMans, not knowing whether he'd ever be
able to ride it. The Physios and Occupational Therapists said he made a
better and faster recovery because it gave him something to aim for, and
something to do which helped get him back to where he was before the
    accident.

There's more to life than the bare ownership of things...

    Personally I don't think that there's anything wrong with "Nick" - I
suppose I could be Hayn like in the good ol' days, but too many people
    ask where it comes from.

BGN isn't my fave handle either. I tried BGNick and BGéN but they all
look equally as poo. Perhaps I'll have a personality disorder over
the next few days until I get back to something normal.
