What's the tank sealant of choice nowadays? A friend has a Lister
stationary engine and the inside of the fuel tank is rusty. He's
already sealed one hole with solder but I've read here that there's
something you can coat the inside of the tank with.

That'll work inside the tank yes?

Hoh yuss. Best if preceded with the full 'marine clean' and 'metal
ready' stuff. I can imagine a Lister tank being a bit harder to swish
stuff around in than a bike tank though.

I once helped an old bloke on my patch out finding a spark plug for his
stationary gas engine. Pointed him to the VMCC where 18mm plugs weren't
    a mystery.
