    Breather yes, vacum pipe no..

    It'll be a thin ruber pipe probably between carb 2 and the fuel tap.

    Run the bike with the fuel tap on prime and see if the problem goes
    away.

    It was that, I just stuck some tape round the pipe where it kept
    kinking.

    might replace it at some point.
