Thanks to Neal, Alex, Daz, Suze, Gyp, Pip, Bonners, Burnt, Mike, Molly,
Sweller, Wicked Uncle Nigel and the many others who supported us.

It's been a good four years racing and I will miss it.

I was particularly chuffed today when I got my track baptism and
    discovered I /really/ am not slow :)

    It's made great reading too.
Heh, I've chased you round the motorway and you are not slow :)

    And yerself, big man.
It certainly has been a good four years, I've loved almost every minute
;-) Somehow I have this feeling that it may not be that absolute last
time we find ourselves at a racetrack...
    My slowness was confirmed. Well, obviously it wasn't me that was slow;
the tyres had gone off after being thrashed by yourself, Sweller and
Suze and I was nursing it home. Oh and the big boys didn't play nice.

Yes I know that Mike was subsequently a lot faster, but that's because
    he's a nutter.

I have some nice pictures of it being, nearly, razed to the ground.

The GSXR was a pleasant surprise but I am now going to have to take a
noisy old bus that I'm familiar with out on a track day.

It's been fun whenever I've popped along to watch. What bikes did you
lot take out on the track?

    I do.

Even I could have told you that.

Well done guys. I enjoyed racing with you and thoroughly enjoyed the
reports. You've had bad luck the past few seasons and deserved much better.

Can't really add to that. Great to see you all, and to watch the bike
    cross the line.

I raised a glass to you all last night. I should have been there...

My too-brief involvement was a hoot.

    I'll miss it.

Couldn't agree more. It's been great fun and and I put a lot of that
down to a great team and excellent support from all of you here.

This has definitely been one of the best weekends yet. The race went
well, in that we finished and no-one crashed. It didn't go quite
according to plan, but then that's racing. (You see Champ I have been
listening - it's only taken me four years!)

The party on Saturday night was definitely surreal and I'm still
wondering if I dreamt it - did that really happen?
Wik, when will you learn, you are *not* slow! In fact, I only managed
to get one blurred photo as you whizzed past! ;-)

For those that didn't know, there was a slight role reversal today when
the crew went out on Daz's race bike and the riders fettled and fuelled
    it.

Sadly I didn't get any pics of Sweller, as I was rather busy having a
severe attack of the nerves at the time he was on the track.

I've tried to upload a few photos, of the rest of us wobbling around the
circuit but not sure if it's worked. If you can't see them let me know,
preferably with some advice on how I can fix the problem! ;-)

I should also mention that the only reason there are more pics of me
than any of the others is because some kind soul managed to get to grips
with my new camera far more quickly than me!

Anyway, I'm sure that Sweller and Daz will be along shortly with some
professional pics. In the meantime here are a few from us amateurs...

Glad to know I managed to upload them properly! ;-)

I couldn't resist the photo, even though it meant missing one of the lap
times from our boys out on the track.

BTW you were missed you know. Hope you're feeling better.

Your contribution has been outstanding. To stand out on the pit wall
timing every lap of every race, and prepare the board every time too, is
beyond the call of duty; Well done, I couldn't have done it without

To be honest, I loved it...it's a great excuse to get a sun tan (when
it's sunny), though not quite so fun when it's raining. In any case
someone had to be there to check the boys were still going round the
track and hadn't stopped off for a picnic! ;-)

And it really wasn't as if I was alone long, there were continual offers
of tea and cakes, etc and some willing volunteers to take over. It
wasn't just me either, there were several other lovely ladies who have
also taken on this role from time to time and who shouldn't be
    forgotten; Adie, Ellie, Fluffy Cat.

Indeed there have even been a few men too, but it didn't really fit with
the lovely ladies theme above! ;-) Step forwards Hog.
I definitely added a few laughter lines today :)

No doubt, but my vote's with Lozzo.

If "they" were handing out Hero Of The Revolution medals, you'd be first
    in line.

    <sigh>

Can we do it again, please?

I certainly hope so, though I suspect we might all need to put our heads
together again to formalise a new plan. Perhaps another long trip to
    sunny Italy?

As a prime time television series it could work well: "Several get drunk
in a building about to be demolished". It all made perfect sense.

I have a few nice photos of the party, the bike, Mike after receiving
Gyp's special man love and a low rent Ron Haslam "Hommed to the Max".

I'll wait for Champ to explain all. Certainly a great weekend - so much
so I forgot about the Friday drive up.
