Simplest way would be to buy an entire switchblock from a dealer in a
country where they do have a headlight switch and I'd expect it'd just
plug straight into the loom. Not the cheapest way though.

There's no place for it on the left bar. THere is a switch place on
the right bar where, I think, the electric windscreen control is on
    the GTL model.

I don't know there *is* any place the Norge is made that has an on/off
    switch for the headlight.

(A quick look at the 2" of multi language owners handbook seems to say
    there isn't...)

  4. Could you re-wire your kill-switch? You won't ever need that, will you? [1]

better algorithms, higher sensitivity, error correction, handling of
multipath signals...too many to list...GPS is not just simply "find 3
satellites and you have a fix". the GPS is a system and improvements
cover ground systems (that control the satellites), satellites and the
    receivers.

SA being disabled (2000) is but one reason for improved performance.

The kill switch on the Norge is also the start switch. Fixes that
problem of leaving the switch in kill mode.

Once the engine is running the start side of the start/kill switch has
    some weird lap timing function.

  9. Very sensible. Sadly, that fact completely obliterates the humour in my
    post.

[dropped jaw] What a fucking BRILLIANT idea!
35-odd years that bikes have had kill-switches and no-one thought of that
    before.
