    Yes, the bit where the vast majority of the US is buried under ice and
    the american president was thanking the third world for letting
    americans live there was thoroughly nauseating in its "we love
    america" syrupy sentiment. (some of that was sarcasm, some of it was
    real. You figure out which was which).
