    Guess it would be, it seems to me that generally the price of TV sets
    seems to have stayed pretty constant for years. IIRC my father paid
    £350 odd for their first colour TV in the mid '70s. That would still
    buy you a average spec set, just that now that spec would be a 42".

    Me too, of course; I was thinking only yesterday that my former
    "under-age girlfriend" is probably in her late '30s now.
