Probably feels as long as the time it takes to sign for a letter from
the Sheriffs clerk. Turns out a citation for jury service gives the same
rush of adrenalin as the expectation of going to court for some motoring
infraction.

 

Hopefully the one that means an NIP for 110mph in the Focus doesn't
come through the post

Static or mobile ?
I was on the A68 heading to Edinburgh from Kelso on Sunday afternoon. I
did try to keep to the speed limit, especially going past the static
cameras[1] and the bit I got vascared last time. Didn't see any mobile
units but that doesn't mean they weren't there.

[1]There has to be something intrinsically wrong with a road if you have
to put cameras every 500 yards.

 

That will teach you to do 125mph in a Focus.

She was overtaking a caravan, I was flashing my break lights in the distance
to tray and warn her...oh well.
