    The real question is HTF did the report cost 16 mill?!

    There's nearly as much pocket-lining going on there as there was at MG

    It seems the borrowed millions from BMW interest free and then lent it
    to Rover charging interest....

    good work if you can get it.

    Have to wonder who was watching them do it.
