I am tied up between choosing a serious quality Mityvac Silverline (but imported, thus saving serious bucks), or a more simple bleed kit like these... They look ok in that the probably don't suffer from the "pipe rising out of jar" experience. I guess most of us have been there and done that, as well as the fucking pipe forcing itself off the valve. The Silverline is very tempting though, its nice and shiney unlike its plastic, and not much cheaper, counterpart. I'd feel pretty chuffed to have a nice bit of kit like that in my tools. US guys ship Mityvac really reasonable prices to the UK really - make sense if you are up for the wait I reckon and willing to save at least £20-25 min, but I haven't quite made my mind up what to do and whether a simple valved tube job might be the cheaper simpler option. I guess the simpler option would be preferred, single man operation is even possible just about with just tubing..... but the shiny things keep drawing you in....
