    I don't know about countersteer... but they do wheelie... I've seen it.

    Yah quite a while... to fly them in Australia you need a certificate
    from the Recreational Aviation Australia with an endorsement for that
    type of powered parachute.

    They are considered to be weight shift control aircraft, although
    technically that description more accurately describes 'trikes' with
    larger versions of the delta wings that are used on hang gliders.
