Not at all. I've eaten for 36 hours and my parting gesture on the boat
was to puke on the car deck.

I'm hoping the day off will see me feeling better.

Running a book on how far we get. Fine. This was always more an
exploratory challenge than a fixed goal trip. Running a book on how
far we get before 'giving up'...

    He can go **** himself

That reminded me of one of my utterly mental brain-damaged,
opiate-induced rants from a few years ago...

I wonder if he'll look back and wonder what the hell was that all about
    and physically cringe, too?

What else was he going to post to UKRM from the middle of the Arctic with
    cold fingers ;o)

You've not been eating any of the local delicacies like rotten pickled
    herring have you?

At Norwegian prices, I'm hardly surprised.

I did very little prep to the Outfit before going to Germany. I realise now
it was, relatively, *a lot* ;o)
I wonder if Burn't has a chain tensioner? I always found them a significant
benefit on such bikes. Even our little Sherco trials has one.
The Armstrong's appetite doesn't surprise me at all.

    Yes. I. Know.
Bullshit. You're the only one who can apparently see any sniping in
what I said - everyone else seems as boggled as me by your response.
You have got form for epic rattle throws though so I'm not too
    surprised.
Oh don't be so fucking precious.

    What a lovely image.
What's the deal with Steve's chain - snapped or stretched beyond use?

    A rattle thrower?

Really? Could point me to a single such incident?
Precious? Nope. Just can't put up with people deriving their enjoyment
from waiting for others to 'give up'

    Go **** yourself.

Stretched suddenly over the last 500 miles. It was running slack to
start with deliberately slack because of the weight. Once it came off
I think one of the links got damaged a bit because it has now got a
frozen link and a tight spot.

    A bit pis
