/Everybody/ knows it's chilli and garlic for a Staffie.

Ring the changes! Try a little teriyaki, or some dark soy with a bit of
ginger root.

 

I prefer a nice lemon and ginger marinade. Gives some piquancy to the
final result.

Nice. I just lost mine on Tuesday; diabetes (somewhat ironic) leading
to kidney failure. 15 y/o Jack Russell, IIRC Eddie met him once. I
still keep thinking I can hear the old dog padding about.
