  4. Goose needs to be cooked very slowly , my mum used to cook them over
    16 hours on a low heat , used to save all the grease then rub it on
    my chest as it was supposed to be good for bad chests !!

    Heh, me too. Recorded on my dad's Sony tape deck from the FM broadcast
    onto one side of a C120 cassette (show was about an hour long IIRC).
