    Probably Outhouse Excuse being a PITA, but it was probably the tetering

    I just park up by the cycle racks like any sane person, since they're
    right by the door.

    Its a source of entertainment.

    Follow them back to their car and leave the trolley behind them so they
    reverse into it.

    If they shunt the trolly into another car - write their number on a scrap of
    paper and leave it under the wiper.
