These NIPs seem to be very popular ATM

Just got one through for the cage complete with a nice little photo taken
from the rear. It alleges 86 in a 70 and was taken by an attended camera.
I'm not sure I can recall who was driving yet.

Anyone know what the penalty for the driver is likely to be?

I'd put my money on a fixed penalty for that.

 

A mate of mine had his plates nicked in the local supermarket. He's had
loads of NIPS. Not him though...
