That was done in my road. Some cheeky bugger parked his old banger on
the (private) grassed area in front of a neighbour's house. About once a
week he would come along to work on it for a while.

His excuse including a lot of expletives was he couldn't park it in
front of where he lived as it had no tax and it wasn't doing any harm on
my neighbour's front lawn/side of road.

My neighbour has a farm and has a fork lift thing for moving big bales
of straw about. Job done!
