  2. Ih where have I seen that before? AHA, another 750 Turbo just after the
owner said it was going very well at the moment. We later discovered it
was because the waste gate was stuck shut.

I'll be putting the decent bottom end in with its Wiseco 810cc barrels
and pistons with new shells and cam chain.

I have a spare turbo but it's got knackered seals; I may seek advice on
    that.

Should be up and running for Chimay. If it isn't I'll take my MZ Trophy
out of spite. I battered it straight and got it running yesterday, six
months after I mowed down the poor pedestrian.

It happened at about 130mph which is more or less full chat so not too
    surprising.

  11. Pissed down in SW London (thunderstorms)....

However - got a new tank, seat and side panels, all OE Honda in very
nice nick, onto the ShiteOldCB750, so the afternoon was not wasted.

It's on the end of my cable connection; it's not normally too bad.

    Good work, that chap.

I've "finished" the Wing. Just listening to ISIHAC before I give it a
    road test.

  15. I went shopping. Then to the pub(s). Had a siesta. Now cooking a bit of
    salmon.

Might have a ride around la laguna seca on wednesday.

The sunflowers are starting to flower. Might take a piccy or 2.

  16. Well, I just watched a strange looking bug sucking the brain out of a
    dead wasp.
*The* other laguna seca? There's probably quite a few in southern Spain
at the mo, as we're having a drought. Ours is just a bloody great white
patch. Everyone's wailing that the tourists won't come because the
    flamingos have buggered off.

Still, there's always the brain-sucking bugs.

Far from being a prolific poster at the best of times, I've spent the
day cutting out 3 years of weeds from my neglected garden. Fucking
tenants. Oh, and my bike is still in storage after the trip back from
    across the pond.

However, I did learn one good lesson today with the hedge trimmer.
Don't cut the bright orange branch, it makes a bit of a bang and the
    trimmer stops playing.
