I fired up TT Superbikes at the weekend, for the first time in months,
and a quick one-lap race on a 7R scored me a lap around the 20 minute
marker. Pretty weak, but not exactly modern machinery.

I'll give it another go this evening with a sporty 600...

 

S'funny,

360 & PGR3/4, I'm fekin' terrible on the *Nordschleife*, no matter what
car/bike I pick.

But in real life I'm shaving a few seconds a lap off every visit the place -
which is nice.

Next visit I'll have some toyo 888's which are the current weapon of choice
for track days.

limit - after that the dizziness gets too much.

Driving game? Get Live For Speed (PC). Doesn't require a monster set
up, but you should try it with a wheel. The best driving game I've
played, bar none.

 

I've crashed there IRL and on the PS2.

I preferred the PS2 version.

 

Lovely machine, didn't get the fate it deserved in my opinion. I tried
plugging it in my 42" TV a while ago however and it's a poor match.Still,
the minute I find my light guns again we're in business. Meanwhile I'll try
playing Soul Calibur with a fishing rod again :-D
