Yeh I put BT020 on the rear of the ZX9 and what a disappointment! The
shagged Pirrelli I pulled off felt better :( Then out on the track the
rear went off after about 3 laps (1st one behind the marshall) and after
that proceeded to slip and slide all over the shop - basically threw itself
to bits. Obviously the BT020 is skewed to the touring end of a
    sports/tourer tyre. Bummer.

Prior to my little excursion into Bridgestone land I had Pirrelli Pilot
Sports (which have a different name now) but they were superb in both wet &
dry and held their own on the track. Plus their profile was a little
steeper meaninig the '9 dropped into a turn very smartly and
positively....the BT020 is a big flat possum squasher by comparison - you
can make yourself a capuccino (and drink it) waiting for the bastard to
    turn in now :(

    Anyone want a second hand BT020 to suit a ZX9? (190/55 17ZR IIRC) I've got
one going cheap - only done 3000km and one track day and had one puncture!
    Meh.

  5. Try to work "n","g",and "o" into it somewhere (I've heard that's *almost*
    funny...)

  6. One thing I did notice, though. The BT020's aren't anywhere near as slippery
when brand new. The Pirellis were SOOOOOOOOOOO slippery until I wore them
    in.
