    Well, I wanted everyone to know that the front tire on my Valkyre has 21,000
    miles and still going. This is mostly 2 up and with the bike packed with
    shit.

    Sounds like a record to me. But, I guess long highway
    trips are much less wearing than city stop-n-go riding.

    What kind of tire?

    I would say it is mostly even miles city and trips. I use Avons and I run 44
    front and 46 rear. This is higher than recommended but works for me. The
    Dunlops would only get 7 or 8 thousand.

    ============very good. I believe that the front tire has always
    lasted twice the miles of the rear one, is my experience. So if my
    back'un, survives for 8,000 miles, I expect the front'un, to last
    atleast 16,000 miles....atleast. ==thanks for the report. =bjay=
