Funny again - but tell me, and I have noticed this before, why do the
light flash on all the cars they test?

Or is my TV on its way out.

from past show it seems to be the signal that the car is about to overtake
    the camera vehicle

Hmmm, Im not sure - its a very rapid flash, I noticed it first in the
series a couple of years ago when they drove the Ford GT over that big
    bridge in France.

    The tail lights flashed rapidly.

  4. It's LED lights, they have an odd effect when filmed via a digital
camera system. Try looking at the speed limit signs on motorway
gantry's through a mobile phone camera and you'll see what I mean.

  5. Clarky explained that - his GT was about as reliable as a modern BMW
    bike...
