Topbox ?

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Brownz \(Mobile\), Feb 2, 2008.

  1. Anyone got a Krauser one that will fit the rack on my K100RS languishing
unloved at the back of a shed or garage ?

Vino or reddies available in exchange.

Not me, and if you've got the standard K RS rack, then only the K RS
handbag^Wlunchbox will fit. Keep an eye on ebay for those, they do come
up on fleabay from time to time.

You'll probably need to change the rack as well as get a fitting kit.

I got a cheapo 25l one for under £20 from M&P, fitted it straight to
the standard rack and didn't worry about it being at a bit of an
angle. It worked ok and nothing got damp in it when we were in
    Germany.

  4. Ta, trying to avoid getting a new rack as the tailpiece has the Krauser rack
    drilled and fitted.
I'll keep it in mind as a last resort, thankum.

    In
I have one in the back of the shed at the moment which I'll put on ebay
sometime. They seem to fetch some daft prices though.

    In
The racks are standard fitment for the all the BMW's of the era. I have city
cases on my F650 Funduro for example.
