touchup paint in Sydney

  1. The Mighty Scooter has a new set of clothes, courtesy of a wreck, and
it looks seriously classy. (Yes, flouro orange and dark grey pearl
look classy. Would I lie to you)

However... there are some bits as need touching up and the paints I've
been able to find aren't the right colour. Apparently there aren't
flouro orange or dark pearl grey cars these days.

So does anyone know of a paint shop that can match and will make
    touchups?

If you can supply a panel to any shop in you area with the optic match
machine the result will be pretty good .

    Zebee asked -
These may be on the wrong side of the creek for you but both of these seem
    to do the business -

If the colours are in a paint manufacturer's catalogue try Auto One at
Chatswood - will supply in aerosol cans or conventional small tin pot -
    details
Address: Cnr Penshurst and Patrick Streets , Willoughby, NSW 2068

If you have to match existing "ruggedly individualistic" colours try
Firebrand at Artarmon - 3 guys who do great restorations and their paint guy
Ronnie Hill is real whiz kid at mix'n'match -

Address : 51 Whiting St Artarmon

I think they also hire and deal in scoots as well. They did a respray of the
chooky and it looks, well, slightly less ugly.

Thanks for that. They are right near one of my favourite pushers
(booktopia.com.au) so I will give them a go next time I'm picking up a
    fix.
