Towsnville accident

Discussion in 'Australian Motorcycles' started by isaac_the_blind, May 1, 2006.

  1. Two riders were injured north of Tvl yesterday when the rider allegedly
clipped the back of a car while trying 2 overtake. They were reportedly
with a group of Vietnam veterans.

A 33 year old Greensborough man pulled a muscle in his shoulder while
trying to get his "Airhead" BMW motorcycle to start on Thursday. His
shoulder is recovering well, but he has contracted a nasty cold and says
he is considering giving up motorcycling "at least until I stop
sneezing." His daughter seemed distressed, but refused to comment,
    saying only "A-wuh. A-wuh. A-wuh."

Hey Paul... I had a skid last week... I reckon that the back wheel moved
    sideways at least 15cm!

What's that Skip'? Sonny has spiral compound fractures of
his left femur in two places, a sprained right wrist and
slightly elevated blood pressure? He's fallen over a small
cliff and the closest spot to land a Helo for extraction
    is at -33.700105,151.211067?

    Gee! Thanks Skippy!

GB, and then when the Helo is gone we can dash across the
car park for a round of silly buggers golf, something
that Sydney ausmotians should get together and do for
    shits and giggles some day.

In honour of their fallen comrades or something I expect.
Hardly qualifies as a Jap level golf course, I've only ever
played 'silly buggers' golf there: <http://www.par3golf.com.au/>

GB, 'course, silly buggers is all I'm capable of playing on a
    golf course.

  13. No, what happened was there was a seperate, earlier bike accident
which was in the same area as the later one. I was told 2 riders had
    been hurt. Thats all :)
