Trashed lift wrist.

  1. Had top go to A&E this morning. Left wrist is now strapped up and in a
    sling. Tendonitus the doc said. Only thing is I did it opening a jar of
    gherkins. No snigering at the back :)

  3. I tried to open them Wednesday night. The wrist just got worse and
    worse. Hence A&E. Thanks.

    Get yourself a mini Boa Constrictor from B&Q (if they still have them).
    Then you can open your gherkins and let your wrist recover.

    Out of interest, were you struggling with Mrs Elswood's Pickled
    Cucumbers? We've found opening the jars much touger recently.
