I'm off to meet some of the adventurers in a couple of hours so try to
be nice to each other and we'll try to avoid diplomatic incidents.

The weather appears pretty fucking good on the one site I've looked at
and our man in Germany reckons the local forecasters say fine but cold
    so it's game on.

Remember, it is your duty to upset as many Johnny Foreigner types as
    possible.

    Have fun . . . . . .

If not then utilise the escape and evasion kit for the return to
    blighty.
-5, camping isn't good in my book anyway.

    FFS, it's started already.

Someone's exhaust has just fallen apart so he's causing a diplomatic
incident on his way to Harwich. I'll not grass him up at this stage
    but I'd have expected better.

  12. If it makes you feel better while working in Germany and turning up at a
restaurant in deep, deep snow a bunch of over loaded German reg bikers
went slithering past. At least one fell off while I watched. I asked the
German guy with me what the hell were they doing.

He just shook his head and said:
    "Elefantentreffen".

It's now 'fixed' to a point where it's attached to the bike and it's
not blowing so we'll be fucking off shortly.

No names, no pack drill etc.
