    How do I go about reseeding all the torrents I'd uploaded, without
    downloading the video files?

    If you already have the file, download the torrent, tell it to use the
    same location on your local machine, and it'll recheck any data already
    there (in this case, the entire file) and start seeding.

    Keep a copy handy in case it fucks up and starts downloading from
    scratch though, as you'll lose the entire file.
