    Saw these shows this weekend/yesterday:

    Ross Noble's Australian Trip
Saw this last night. Similar format to Billy Connoly's "World tour of
Australia" but with less interesting interludes on the road. I also
expect Ross is actually riding between all the gigs because in the
bits where he's talking at petrol stops etc (or had to stop to avoid
an emu who ran out in front of him) he seems totally knackered. It was
    actually quite shit TBH.

Sydney to Tokyo By Any Means
Charley Boorman's back, but without annoying twat producer Russ this
time. He seems to have a new crew (except Claudio the camera man from
Long Way Round/Down is back on the team instead of Mungo from the last
    By Any Means series).

I really must find out who is the agent for all these guys.
Just him being an annoying twat then ?

Completely sick of the sight of him and that format. Lots of "I can't wait
to get back on the road" and "This is the bloke who built the bikes for us"
    etc.

Yebbut... it's based on Robert J. Sawyer's book, so it might actually
    turn out allright.

Then again, it's a TV adaptation of a book, they'll prolly butcher it
like a bucket of small cute chickens in an industrial shredder.

For one series. Then they'll run out of ideas and it'll turn to shit.

    Just like Lost!
