M25 this morning just past the M3, an old, reg MY03 something or other, Merc Vito van with blue lights under the front bumper and alternating flashing headlamps. An unusual thing to have blue lights, but this thing was a *real* heap, loads of rust, filthy dirty, driven by a fat bloke in a vest and loads of copies of old papers and paper cups on the dashboard, like any scabby old builders van. I got a good look as it passed me in traffic in the middle lane. Just struck me as odd. At the same time a wanker on a Fake Plod Pan came past, stripes, pretend radio box and even an amber lamp on an extending pole. Tit.
