    My name is serf. I own a bike. Yeah, that red thing down there. I have
    ridden it since 4th November. I have not owned a car since 1992. I do not
    use another car in my daily routine, and I travel to and from work/shopping
    on two wheels.

    I do have to admit however that my neighbours all have cars. The street is
    chock full of them, and they are all easily accessible for a bit of
    hotwiring and ramraiding.

    So I demand that you instantly and irrevocably bar me from the two# list.
    Justice and tradition demands no less!
    </rant>

    HAND :)

    You qualify. You also have a GHPOTHUF#, which is spookily twice that
    of my own.

    The offer to improve the lives of your neighbours by removing the
    four-wheeled abominations from them at the cost of your own
    soul/sanity/liberty(delete as applicable) just swung it, I think.

    <bangs gavel>
    Judgement is passed. I declare serf to be two#53. A
    speech/apology/statement of intent is considered appropriate.

    Ah, yes. Here, have two#54. If you're telling porkies my agents
    *will* find out. See you soon, maybe sometime in the New Year?

    (Well blow me down - standards have slipped!)

    Er, multos gracias mein kamarad. I am very aware of what this award
    signifies, which is a general abhorrance of all things of a zero-, uni-,
    tri-, quad- (or other integer greater than two) numerical indication of
    wheels. Clearly if this award was about complete abstainance from the
    aforementioned, then I would not have been awarded it. So there you have it.

    <holds up three fingers>

    I solemly declare my avowed intent to ride on two wheels only unless I am
    actively participating in the downfall of caged "society", preferrably by
    foul means. So help me TOG.

    <wipes perspiring brow, replaces woggle, proffers around bag of Pontefract
    cakes>

    Well, I was hoping to curry favour with Gladys Higginbotham, but she don't
    like my knobbly knees, so you may as well.

    (Thinks. Little does he know that when he gets the dreaded runs he will find
    that I have used up the bog-paper making my pride and joy all shiny and
    spiffing. Tee-hee!)

    My ex-wife's maiden name, I kid you not. Now you know why she was quite
    willing to put up with my stupid surname after marriage.
