Two Questions re Turkey: circuit and rider

    First: How is the new Istanbul circuit being rated by teams, riders,
    and fans (anyone who was actually there?)

    Second: Sinan Sofuoglu the Turkish 250cc racer --- someone told me he
    has already won a 250GP but I don't think that's so --- maybe another
    class? How is he doing in 250?
