    Mate at work has just received this text message:

    "Hi Jen. Hope you are well, having a great time in Thailand. Love Mum &
    Dad."

    My suggested reply was: "Just out of hospital after the house burnt
    down. Staying
    at the Travelodge for now, but will call you later."

    Can you think of anything better?
