    "Section 17 of the Coroners Act 1985 prescribes the circumstances
    under which a Coroner must hold an inquest. Further to this it is the
    practice of the State Coroner's Office to hold an inquest into deaths
    where Victoria Police are involved".

    Just thought you'd like to know.

    Law, Policy, Practice. Three different animals, not necessarily homogenous.

    Whilst their human rights record may not be a shining beacon,

    they do seem to be pretty good shots with handguns, if its the centre of
    mass your after.
