I really DGAF what they labelled the cause, it was still a fine for using the
phone as far as I'm concerned, seeing as the other things are trumped up
cobblers.

I think in 25 years driving I can count the times I've tapped other cars when
getting out of parking spaces on one hand.

Lots of times it's taken lots of shuffling backwards & forwards and I've been
cursing some twat for parking too close, but I always remember how I'd feel
if someone pushed my car out of the way - fucking angry, and the shuffling
only takes a few seconds.

Maybe drivers are more considerate in the places I've lived?

police, who had interviewed her, asked their stock questions (Have you had
anything to drink? Were you on the phone? Are you Nigel Mansell?) and she'd
