Tyre Longevity

    New tyres on Thursday, puncture by Monday. Two days of commuting is hardly
    what I'd call value for money. I haven't had a puncture for over five
    thousand miles but the moment I get new rubber, I get a sizable hole in the
    centre of the tyre. Grrr, more money :-(
