Tyre pressures - Fazer 6

I've lost the fecking manual

Does anyone know what the tyre pressures for a 2002 Fazer 600 are? The
maximum lady arse fully loaded ones. I seem to remember 2.5 and 2.9 bar, but
could be very wrong.

Bridgestone quote F 2.5 (36) R 2.8 (40)
Michelin say F 2.3 (33) R 2.5 (36)
