is it 'normal' to have one side of the front tyre worn mroe than the other?
If not , what could it possibly indicate?
I do a lot of riding thru the hills and not much dialy commuting.

So do the people who live in those odd places where they ride on the
other side of the road get a different side worn?

The answer wouldn't add much to the question of whether or not road
    camber is the cause.

In placed where folk ride on the wrong side of the road, left handers
are more open and right handers are more closed, so you would expect the
wear pattern to be reversed anyway.

Unless, of course, wear patterns are the same here and there, in which
case the evidence would point to human nature.

I'm not aware that my tyres have ever been more worn on one side or
t'other. I'm not sure what side Evil Twin's tyres are worn. I'm not
sure there is a consistent pattern of uneven wear from one rider to the
    next.

Could it be that ET's favourite weekend roads favour one side?

I've seen Paulh's rear tyres and they always seem to be worn to the
    right side rather badly.
He seems to think it's the way he sits on the bike.
I have seen the way some pople sit on their bikes, sometimes they appear
to be sitting "crooked" although when asked they don't think they are.

I find that I turn left a hell of a lot quicker and easier

Maybe thats why my favourite corners are all lefties

Wouldnt that mean riding it backwards for directional tyres ?

Are you saying the guys backwards ?

.. I reckon it's because you turn right faster
Im far more comfertable turning left too, but for some reason I get rid of
the chicken strips on the right side of my tyres quicker than the left...go
    figure

I guess when you turn left the camber of the road is a lot different when
    you
    turn right.

I wonder if the preference for left or right hand corners have anything to
do with been left handed or right handed

  16. That's probably 'cause you're right footed too and it had back-peddle
    brakes?

I wear the left more, In holland the roads has high camber(it rains al lot)
and i do the left turns faster than the right.
the last front tire (d208 was on the left side bold the right still had 2 to
    3 mm.
