Went to see Invictus this afternoon. Have been wanting to see it since I saw trailers, partly because it's a great story, and partly because I stumbled on a great article a little while ago [0][1] Really enjoyed the film. Thought it was well-executed - particularly given that it's very difficult to make a film about relatively recent events, where the faces of the main people are well-known, and very difficult to make a film where the climax is a sporting event. Morgan Freeman was very engaging indeed. Matt Damon did well, too. I hope it's Clint Eastwood's swansong, because it's always good to go out on a high. Recommended.
