UKRM plates

I think I need a new number plate as the old one is dirty and I don't
want to clean it.

Does anyone know a good source for a legal plate for my ER5 that has
the GB/EU logo on it which will let me have three words at the bottom
(Probably "UKRM - Bottom Poster")

Any reg plate maker will do it, AFAIK it is legal to apply a slogan etc at
the bottom. As in I have YTC#1 on the XJR,
