UKTV (no, not the new Ginge)

    Apparently the UKTV network have offered contestants in Big Brother £70,000
    if they refuse to speak for the time they're in the house.

    According to UKTV this is a public spirited gesture to "diminish the amount
    of mindless drivel generated by the deluge of reality TV shows".

    This has to be the best of all worlds - no more bollocks about what's
    happening "in the house", but us normal people can still tune in to see if a
    fit bird is in the shower or having a shit or something.
